Renewal can be done at any time, but no later than the expiration of the subscription. Early renewal does not lose any days of already paid communication and support; instead, the subscription is extended for 12 months from the date the fiscal device is brought in for connection extension.
In the Zero Package, every intervention is charged according to the current price list for parts and services. In the Basic Package, only parts are charged according to the current price list. In the Premium Package, parts are not charged under standard warranty conditions.
In the Basic and Premium packages, the replacement of the expired crypto medium (Article 3a of the Law on Registration of Cash Payments) is free of charge. Reception of fiscal devices is performed with a service logbook for the device and after payment of the selected package via pro-forma invoice or in cash.
